Soms moet je persoonsgegevens exporteren uit je STRATO product om te kunnen voldoen aan de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). Maar hoe? In dit blog beschrijven we het per product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volgens artikel 20 van de nieuwe AVG<\/a> heeft een persoon het recht om \u2018de hem betreffende persoonsgegevens, die hij aan een verwerkingsverantwoordelijke heeft verstrekt, in een gestructureerde, gangbare en machinaal leesbare vorm te verkrijgen.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ook met jouw product van STRATO kun je aan deze eis voldoen. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld je eigen gegevens downloaden. Maar ook de gegevens van klanten die je in ons product hebt opgeslagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Hosting en server<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Heb je een hostingpakket of een server? Dan kun je gegevens vanuit de SQL-database exporteren met phpMyAdmin. Meer informatie voor hostingpakketten lees je in deze FAQ<\/a>, voor Managed Server vind je hier meer informatie<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je kunt ook via FTP inloggen op je webspace en op die manier de bestanden van je website downloaden. Lees voor meer informatie onze FAQ over FTP en hoe je het kunt gebruiken.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

HiDrive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Je kunt in HiDrive alle bestanden van je cloud storage direct als zip-bestand downloaden en opslaan. Dat doe je in drie stappen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log eerst in via hidrive.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Klik rechts op het vinkje \u2018Alles selecteren\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Met de knop \u2018Downloaden\u2019 kun je nu alle bestanden exporteren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    STRATO Webmail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Als je STRATO Webmail gebruikt, is het mogelijk om e-mail, contacten, agenda\u2019s en taken te exporteren. De gemakkelijkste manier om dit te doen is je mailbox te integreren in een e-mailprogramma zoals Thunderbird<\/a> of Outlook<\/a>. Binnen deze software kun je dan handmatig een archiefbestand aanmaken dat automatisch alle gegevens bevat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Je kunt ook data rechtstreeks vanuit STRATO Webmail exporteren. Om bijvoorbeeld e-mails<\/strong> te archiveren, selecteer je eerst alle mails in de desbetreffende map en klik je vervolgens in het menu op \u2018Opslaan als bestand\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Dit werkt op dezelfde manier voor je contacten en agenda. Je kunt ook die gegevens selecteren en in het menu op \u2018Exporteren\u2019 klikken. Je contactpersonen worden als .csv-bestand opgeslagen, je agenda in .ics-formaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    STRATO Sitebuilder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Om je website als html-bestand op te slaan, ga je als volgt te werk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Ga in je webbrowser naar je website en kies in het browsermenu voor \u2018Pagina opslaan als\u2019. Vervolgens sla je de volledige website inclusief alle bestanden lokaal op.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    De tweede optie is het gebruik van een extern programma zoals HTTrack<\/a>. Hiermee kun je op je computer een werkende lokale kopie van je website maken en opslaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
