De klassieke scanner heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. Of het nu gaat om kassabonnetjes, rekeningen, brieven of contracten: met HiDrive kun je al deze documenten nu heel makkelijk met je smartphone inscannen en direct als pdf-document in de cloud opslaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Verzamel jij nog al je kassabonnetjes in een oude schoenendoos? Bewaar je belangrijke brieven in een ordner? Misschien wordt het dan toch eens tijd om je gegevens te digitaliseren. Beschik je al over HiDrive<\/a>, dan heb je verder alleen nog een smartphone of tablet nodig en de app voor iOS<\/a> of Android<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De nieuwe scanfunctie is bij de gratis HiDrive app inbegrepen, je hoeft deze enkel te updaten. Zodra de nieuwste versie van de app is ge\u00efnstalleerd, kun je de documentenscanner gebruiken. Als je vervolgens in HiDrive het menu opent, verschijnt het nieuwe menupunt \u2018Document scannen\u2019:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pdf-documenten met hoge resolutie en automatische tekstherkenning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Zodra je de scanfunctie hebt uitgekozen, gaat de camera van je smartphone of tablet aan. Hiervoor moet je HiDrive wel toegang tot je camera geven. Als je nu je camera boven een document plaatst, herkent de app deze meteen en maakt er een scan van. Hierna kun je de gemaakte scan nog aanpassen, draaien, qua kleur veranderen of omzetten in een document met meerdere pagina\u2019s. Het eindresultaat sla je op als pdf-document in een HiDrive map naar keuze. De ingebouwde OCR-tekstherkenning (Optical Character Recognition) zorgt ervoor dat de smartphone-scan wordt omgezet in een pdf-document, waarin je de tekst kunt selecteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
