Of wil je toch nog een laatste wijziging aanbrengen in je Excel-sheet? Vanaf nu kun je gebruikmaken van twee nieuwe functies in STRATO Webmail om teksten en Excel-bestanden te bewerken &#8211; direct in je mailbox.<\/p>\n<p>De nieuwe features besparen vooral tijd en opslagruimte. Sla je je documenten op Drive op, heb je bovendien altijd toegang tot je bestanden en kun je ze ook onderweg bewerken.<\/p>\n<h2>Zo gebruik je de nieuwe functies:<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11340\" src=\"https:\/\/www.strato.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/10\/OX-DOCUMENTS_1.1_nl.png\" alt=\"Webmail nieuwe features\" width=\"536\" height=\"419\"><\/p>\n<p><em>Nieuw in het menu van Webmail: <strong>Tekst<\/strong> en <strong>Rekenblad<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Onder <strong>Tekst<\/strong> vind je een overzicht van al je tekstbestanden en verschillende sjablonen. Hier kun je bestanden openen en bewerken zoals in een normale tekstverwerker:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11410\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11410\" style=\"width: 728px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11410 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.strato.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/10\/Tekst_bewerken_in_Webmail.jpg\" alt=\"Tekst bewerken in Webmail\" width=\"728\" height=\"488\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-11410\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Werk aan je tekst net als in een normale tekstverwerker<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Je kunt direct wijzigingen in documenten maken zonder ze vooraf te downloaden:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11345\" src=\"https:\/\/www.strato.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/10\/OX-DOCUMENTS_2.1_nl.png\" alt=\"Bestanden in webmail bewerken\" width=\"450\" height=\"270\"><\/p>\n<p><em>Klik op het tekstbestand in de bijlage en kies vervolgens op <strong>Bewerk als nieuw<\/strong>. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zodra je klaar bent met het bewerken van een bestand, kun je het meteen versturen. Klik onder <strong>Bestand<\/strong> op <strong>Document als bijlage aan e-mailbericht<\/strong>. Je kunt het bestand ook online opslaan op <strong>Drive<\/strong> voor later gebruik &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.strato.nl\/cloud-storage\/\"><u>of op HiDrive<\/u><\/a>. Uiteraard kun je jouw tekst- als Excel-bestanden ook direct downloaden.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11350\" src=\"https:\/\/www.strato.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/10\/OX-DOCUMENTS_3_nl.png\" alt=\"Documenten opslaan in drive\" width=\"853\" height=\"257\"><\/p>\n<p><em>Stuur de pas bewerkte documenten direct naar anderen door &#8211; zonder het bestand eerst lokaal te moeten opslaan.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Om de nieuwe functies te gebruiken, heb je een <strong>premium postvak<\/strong> nodig.
