Via \u2018STRATO helpt\u2019 (Facebook en X) beantwoorden we graag al je persoonlijke klantvragen. Op onze \u2018STRATO NL\u2019 pagina bieden we je meer achtergrondinformatie over het bedrijf en de verschillende STRATO producten. Dat is ook de aangewezen pagina voor algemene vragen, feedback, kritiek en tips. Dit horen wij namelijk graag van jullie. Daarbij hopen we op constructieve feedback, idee\u00ebn en opmerkingen en verheugen we ons op een vriendelijke en respectvolle dialoog, waarbij tolerant en respectvol wordt omgegaan met onze fans en ons bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wij vragen jullie<\/strong>: post geen persoonlijke gegevens zoals klantnummers of e-mailadressen. Je reactie is namelijk openbaar en voor iedereen te zien. Mochten we voor het beantwoorden van je vraag meer informatie nodig hebben, geven we je hiervoor een e-mailadres. Hou ook rekening met de algemene gedragsregels voor Facebook en X (Twitter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wij verwijderen<\/strong>: posts met persoonlijke gegevens en posts met dezelfde inhoud. Verder verwijderen we posts met scheldwoorden, beledigingen, reclame-uitingen, spam, massaposts zonder duidelijk toegevoegde waarde voor ons, aanwijsbaar onjuiste feiten, inhoud die indruist tegen de wet, zoals auteursrecht en persoonlijkheidsrecht, pornografische\/racisitische\/geweldsverheerlijkende, bedrijfsgevoelige informatie en alles wat niet direct te maken heeft met het thema of met STRATO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STRATO is niet verantwoordelijk voor berichten die door social media gebruikers op de social media kanalen van STRATO NL gepost worden.
